Orders placed before noon PST Monday through Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed after noon PST or Saturday-Sunday will be shipped next business day.

U.S Orders

All orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. for CushCore sets or singles will be shipped via UPS ground. Orders for accessories only (tools, valves, stickers, etc.) will be shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority. Please allow 2-5 business days for most deliveries.

Orders shipping outside of the contiguous U.S will be shipped via USPS.

International Orders

CushCore has distributors and dealers across the globe! Please check our distributor list to find your nearest CushCore dealer for your quickest and most economical ordering option. Direct shipping to your country from CushCore may not be available due to our distribution agreements.

International Shipping

International orders will be subject to an additional shipping charge.

North America (Outside of the U.S) – $25*

North American International orders will be shipped via FedEx International Ground. CushCore reserves the right to use another carrier when necessary.

All other international orders – $50*

All other international orders will be shipped via FedEx International Economy. CushCore reserves the right to use another carrier when necessary.

* Depending on your country’s laws and import regulations your order may be subject to additional taxes, duties, and fees that are not covered by our international shipping charge. For all international orders purchaser is responsible for all import taxes, duties, and fees that may be charged on your order’s arrival to your country. Please check with your local customs agency or the appropriate government offices to clarify possible charges.

International delivery times can vary widely. With varying import clearance processes for each country, we cannot commit to a delivery window for every order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges of any unused and unopened CushCore products purchased directly from CushCore within 30 days of the shipping date.

 

• • Please email: info@cushcore.com and include proof of original purchase and the reason for the return.

• • The product must be received back at CushCore in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition.

• • The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• • Credit for returned items will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

• • Returns will be applied within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is received by CushCore.
